About the Role
Aterim Ireland, an independent company specializing in staffing, temporary work, and payroll management, is seeking a Communications Executive to join their team in Dublin. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will play an active role in key projects supporting the company’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and engage audiences on social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create editorial calendars and produce diverse content such as visuals, short videos, and written posts.
- Monitor social media trends and evaluate performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Write newsletters, blog articles, and press releases to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Update and design communication materials including slides, brochures, and flyers.
- Assist in organizing internal and external events such as trade shows, seminars, and team building activities.

The ideal candidate is versatile and eager to contribute within a growing organization.
Technical Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree (Bac+3/5) in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Languages: Native or bilingual proficiency in French and fluent English.
- Tools: Strong command of digital tools, social media platforms, and graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
