Job Overview
The position involves managing daily collections on overdue loans, particularly focusing on 2 wheeler and personal loan products. The role expects timely collections via digital payment methods alongside frequent field visits. Meeting collection targets and submitting detailed daily collection reports are essential components of the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to collect dues on delinquent loans.
- Persistently follow up via digital payment channels for efficient collection.
- Achieve daily as well as milestone targets set by the organization.
- Submit comprehensive daily collection reports (DCR) to management.
Additional Information
- Work location is city specific; formal offices may not be available in every city as hiring is done at the city level.
- Shifts run from 8 AM to 7 PM without designated weekly offs.
- Maximum compensation includes a base salary of 20,000 INR plus a conveyance allowance of 4,000 INR per month.
- Age limit for applicants is under 35 years, with a preference for male candidates.
- Graduation is required; preference given to candidates with DRA certification.
