CNC Router Operator

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Operator with extensive experience in woodworking machinery to join our manufacturing team stationed in Ghaziabad and Jaipur. The role involves handling CNC woodworking equipment to produce wooden doors, HDHMR panels, MDF panels, and various furniture parts with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently operate CNC Router machines for woodworking tasks.
• Interpret production drawings accurately and execute precise cutting jobs.
• Set up tools, cutters, and workpieces ahead of machining operations.
• Conduct operations such as cutting, carving, grooving, drilling, and nesting.
• Ensure products meet dimensional accuracy and achieve superior finishing quality.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Aim to reduce material wastage and maximize cutting efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to fulfill daily production goals.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.

Prerequisites

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ hands-on experience with woodworking CNC Router machines.
• Familiarity with materials including HDHMR, MDF, plywood, WPC, laminates, and flush or designer doors is essential.
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings effectively.
• Basic knowledge of CNC software such as ArtCAM or Aspire will be advantageous.
• Competence in performing tool changes, machine calibrations, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on product quality.

Job Locations

Positions are available at our sites in the Delhi NCR region and Jaipur.

Compensation

The monthly salary offered ranges between INR 20,000 and INR 40,000 depending on experience and skills.
