About Sonal Motors and the Role

Sonal Motors is urgently seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join their team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role involves operating CNC turning machines to manufacture precision components while ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate CNC turning machines according to production specifications.
• Load raw materials and tooling accurately into machinery.
• Adjust tool offsets and basic machine parameters as needed.
• Continuously monitor machine operations and component quality during production.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished parts using precision instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges.
• Replace worn or damaged tools and carry out routine preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain thorough records of production output and inspection results.
• Report any machine malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Keep the workplace clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Male candidates with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant CNC operating experience.
• Educational qualification: 10th standard pass or below.

Work Schedule and Location

The position works a day shift based at Sonal Motors, Road Number 10, Kathwada GIDC, Odhav Industrial Estate, Odhav, Kathwada, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary range between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000.
• Eligible for overtime pay.
• Entitlement to annual bonuses.
• Employees are covered by Employee State Insurance (ESI).
