Role Overview
The Client Success Associate will be vital in handling daily operations within the New York market, striving to ensure a consistently outstanding dining experience for clients and their employees. Reporting closely to the Senior Manager of Client Success, this role acts as the main contact for clients, manages on-site staff, and supports new location startups. The position involves approximately 40% local travel in NYC and requires weekly attendance at the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist with day-to-day management of popup operations across the NYC market.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, providing day-of event assistance, maintaining communications, and conducting regular meetings and business reviews.
- Lead new account setups, including coordinating with client representatives, performing on-site walk-throughs, and managing internal system configurations and launch execution.
- Conduct frequent visits to client sites for auditing restaurants, collecting customer feedback, and fostering strong client relationships.
- Organize and coordinate site inspections and approvals with the health department.
- Work collaboratively with team members to consistently deliver service that surpasses client expectations.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses at least 2 years of professional experience in client success, account management, hospitality, or food services.
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and process-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Technologically skilled and adaptable to dynamic workflows.
- Solution-oriented with a positive mindset toward challenges.
- Comfortable with hands-on roles and nuanced operational details.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for periods up to two hours.
- Strong communicator, adept at providing clear instructions.
- Experience in managing part-time or full-time staff is advantageous but not mandatory.
