Client Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our stock market and financial services sales team at First Investment Research in Bengaluru. The main focus is to engage potential investors, understand their trading and investment objectives, and clearly communicate our financial market products and services.

Main Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire potential leads to promote stock market and trading services effectively.
• Onboard new clients and nurture long-term relationships through skilled communication.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets related to client acquisition and revenue growth.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in Telugu is mandatory, with proficiency or fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada, or Tamil considered highly valuable.
• Experience ranging from fresh graduates to 3 years in telesales, B2C sales, or financial advisory roles.
• Female candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Broking, or Insurance (BFSI) sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong skills in persuasive communication, negotiation, customer relationship management, and basic understanding of stock market trading are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive monthly base salary ranging between 15,000 to 100,000 INR accompanied by lucrative sales commissions.
