IntePros is looking for a detail-oriented Client Operations Analyst to join their expanding private markets operations team in Pittsburgh, PA. This key position supports hedge fund investment activities and acts as a critical intermediary between wealth advisors and fund administrators. The role involves managing subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, pricing updates, and holdings with precision and timeliness. Ideal candidates are highly organized, thrive in dynamic settings, and have prior experience in hedge fund or alternative investment operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire process of hedge fund subscriptions and redemptions for designated funds.
- Accurately handle and monitor transfers, pricing changes, and investment holdings.
- Maintain primary communication channels between wealth advisors and fund administrators to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Track investment transactions, keep detailed records, and guarantee adherence to deadlines.
- Leverage advanced Excel capabilities to analyze, reconcile, and monitor operational datasets.
- Review documents ensuring compliance with company procedures and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with senior team members to assist with daily tasks and support process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
- Prior experience supporting hedge fund operations, private equity, alternative investments, or similar financial services sectors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data organization, analysis, and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent organizational aptitude and ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
- Strong communication capabilities, both verbal and written.
