Role Overview
The Client Director will manage Nexthink's most significant and intricate enterprise accounts. Beyond traditional account management, this role serves as the executive representative for a defined portfolio of key clients, focusing on driving contract renewals, expanding platform usage, and fostering multi-level executive relationships that strengthen loyalty and generate substantial revenue growth. The Client Director aligns Nexthink's capabilities with clients’ priorities such as IT cost reduction, productivity improvements, and secure digital workplace management.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture expansive executive relationships across various client levels, including CIOs and other C-suite leaders, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aimed at expanding licenses, promoting professional services, and ensuring high-quality renewals.
- Collaborate with clients to create an outcome-driven roadmap linking Nexthink’s platform to their business goals, driving measurable value beyond standard contract renewals.
- Lead and coordinate virtual internal teams across functions and regions to guarantee an exceptional client experience and accountability.
- Manage global account development and resource coordination to maintain consistent and impactful engagements worldwide.
- Oversee financial performance, being accountable for revenue targets including licenses, renewals, and professional services within the portfolio.
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise technology sales or account leadership with a proven history of surpassing multi-million dollar revenue targets.
- At least 2 years in a Client Director, Strategic Account Executive, or similar position, managing and expanding large, complex enterprise accounts.
- Direct familiarity with IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Digital Employee Experience, or related enterprise software sectors.
- Strong experience engaging and influencing executive-level stakeholders including CIOs and CHROs.

Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a base salary ranging from $180,000 to $216,000 annually, with total on-target earnings (OTE) between $300,000 and $360,000, and potential for commissions above this range.
