Job Overview
Join our Client Acquisition Sales team where your primary goal will be to attract high-net-worth individuals to our banking services. Collaborating closely with Relationship Managers (RMs), you will offer a comprehensive wealth management experience tailored to both prospective and current affluent clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure affluent clients with Assets Under Management (AUM) exceeding $300,000 through multiple channels including internal recommendations, tele-prospecting, networking events, and exclusive Privilege events across Singapore and other regional countries.
- Manage and facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, including account openings, while promoting a portfolio of exclusive depository products and services to enhance the bank's revenue streams.
- Partner with Relationship Managers to strategically plan and oversee client asset management grounded in a comprehensive understanding of their financial needs and objectives, driving cross-selling of the bank’s full product and service range.
- Maintain timely and consistent reporting on leads, sales activities, and pipeline progress to support business insights and decision-making.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills essential for building and sustaining client relationships.
- Highly motivated with the capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in engaging clients across regional markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and China.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the region as needed.
