Job Overview

An established facilities management company is looking for a seasoned Cleaning Supervisor responsible for managing cleaning services for a sizable commercial property. The role involves leading cleaning teams, ensuring adherence to quality and safety norms, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and manage housekeeping staff effectively.
• Delegate manpower resources and track attendance.
• Perform regular inspections to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of cleaning schedules.
• Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff members.
• Supervise inventory of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and organizational procedures.
• Collaborate with management to address and resolve operational challenges.

Candidate Requirements

• At least five years of supervisory experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management.
• Proven ability to manage medium to large teams of cleaning personnel.
• In-depth understanding of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Strong leadership capabilities and clear communication skills.
• Capable of performing efficiently under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CAFM/FM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems.
• Training certifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent in health, safety, and environment.
• Possession of a valid driving license for Qatar.
