Job Overview

The Cleaner position involves executing various cleaning services including move-in and move-out cleaning, vacant property turnovers, and routine housekeeping for occupied residences. Cleaners will independently travel to their assigned properties and ensure all cleaning tasks meet the company's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough move-in and move-out cleaning of residential rentals.
• Conduct detailed turnover cleaning for vacant apartments and homes.
• Carry out regular housekeeping duties in occupied homes as needed.
• Clean all standard areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and common surfaces.
• Perform specialized cleaning like scrubbing baseboards, cleaning inside cabinets and appliances.
• Use a mobile work application to receive assignments, navigate using GPS, view instructions, upload photos, and update job statuses.
• Inspect completed work before departure to ensure compliance with company expectations.
• Report any property damages, maintenance issues, or cleaning challenges.
• Travel between job sites using a personal vehicle.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least two years of paid experience in professional cleaning.
• Capability to handle both move-in/move-out cleans and housekeeping tasks.
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle to access assignments and carry supplies.
• Own cleaning supplies and equipment needed for residential cleaning jobs.
• A compatible smartphone supporting a mobile work app with GPS, photography, and communication features.
• Experience cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to cleaning procedures.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Dependability, punctuality, and comfort with GPS-verified arrival times.
