Role Overview
We are currently inviting enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team as cleaners based in Toowoomba, Queensland. This role suits candidates who thrive in dynamic settings, possess keen attention to detail, and take pride in maintaining clean and welcoming environments for clients and visitors.
Multiple part-time positions are open, with shift schedules spanning weekdays and weekends. Positions are compensated according to award wages.
Work Schedule
- Monday: 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM
Main Duties
- Execute general cleaning tasks to meet high-quality standards
- Perform spot cleaning of furniture and upholstery
- Sweep and mop floors diligently
- Clean restrooms thoroughly
- Collect and dispose of rubbish properly
- Clean internal and external glass surfaces
- Dust all hard surfaces regularly
Candidate Profile
- Proven cleaning experience, ideally in a commercial setting
- Successful prior experience working collaboratively within teams
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Strong focus on detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance
- Understanding of Work Health and Safety protocols
- Flexibility to work varied hours including public holidays as needed
- Familiarity with floor care machinery such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is advantageous
