This is a remote opportunity based in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, requiring candidates to be located locally and available for occasional in-person meetings or training. The cleaning team at Bridgepoint Maintenance supports a range of residential cleaning services across Ontario, mainly focusing on move-out and turnover cleaning, post-maintenance deep cleans, and housekeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform move-out cleaning for rental properties and vacant units.
• Conduct deep cleans after maintenance, repair, or renovation work.
• Prepare homes for new residents by thoroughly cleaning all areas.
• Provide scheduled housekeeping services for occupied homes.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, hallways, and communal spaces.
• Detail cleaning inside appliances, cabinets, closets, baseboards, and window sills.
• Carry out dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and debris removal.
• Complete quality inspections and take completion photos as required.
• Report any damages or maintenance concerns for follow-up.
• Update assignment status using the mobile work application.
• Travel directly between scheduled properties during the workday.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years paid experience in professional residential cleaning.
• Ability to work independently and confidently handle cleaning assignments.
• Proficient in move-out, turnover, deep cleaning, or housekeeping tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
• Capable of identifying and reporting issues appropriately.
• Professional in communication with customers and internal operations staff.

Requirements

• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle for transportation between assignments.
• Ownership of personal cleaning supplies and equipment.
• A smartphone capable of GPS navigation, using work apps, taking photos, and submitting updates.
• Basic English language skills for effective communication.
• Dependable attendance and good organizational abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to residential turnover cleaning and preparation tasks.
• Experience with post-maintenance or renovation cleaning.
• Familiarity with apartment and condominium cleaning environments.
• Handling move-in and move-out cleans in high-volume residential settings.
