About the Role

Royal York Property Management is a prominent property management company operating across Ontario, specializing in maintaining thousands of residential rental homes. We are currently seeking dependable and detail-conscious Cleaners to expand our team of cleaning professionals.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform move-in and move-out cleaning duties for residential rental units.
• Conduct thorough turnover cleaning in vacant apartments and houses.
• Provide routine housekeeping services in currently occupied residences as needed.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, floors, and other common surfaces comprehensively.
• Carry out detailed cleaning tasks including baseboards, inside cabinets, and appliance interiors.
• Utilize a mobile work application to receive job assignments, review instructions, navigate with GPS, upload photos, and update job statuses.
• Inspect completed cleaning to ensure adherence to company quality standards.
• Report any property damages, maintenance issues, or areas that cannot be properly cleaned.
• Travel independently between cleaning appointments using your own vehicle.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of paid professional cleaning experience are mandatory.
• Comfortable and experienced with both move-in/move-out cleans and standard housekeeping.
• Ownership of a reliable vehicle to commute between job sites and transport cleaning materials.
• Possession of cleaning supplies and equipment necessary for residential cleaning tasks.
• Have a compatible smartphone for running a mobile work app that supports GPS, photo submissions, and task updates.
• Skilled in detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances.
• Ability to work independently by following detailed cleaning instructions.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with GPS-verified arrival times.
