Claims Supervisor

Job Overview

Madar Medical Company is looking for a skilled Claims Supervisor to head its medical claims department. The role demands overseeing accurate and prompt claims processing while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily activities of the medical claims team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working in medical claims within hospitals, healthcare providers, or insurance companies.
• In-depth understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), ICD-10, CPT coding, medical billing, and claims protocols.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities combined with analytical and communication skills.
