Role Overview

The Civil Project Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, responsible for the planning and supervision of civil engineering activities related to residential and mixed-use development projects. Key duties include preparing and evaluating engineering drawings and technical documentation, coordinating with architects, contractors, and consultants, and ensuring that designs comply with applicable local regulations and standards.

The role involves monitoring construction progress, conducting site inspections, supporting quality assurance efforts to ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule requirements, and resolving technical challenges as they arise. Accurate maintenance of project documentation and contribution to sustainable and efficient design strategies are also critical components of this position.

Requirements

• Solid academic foundation in Civil Engineering or related disciplines with practical experience in civil design applied to real estate or infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in site development planning, project management, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience in quality control processes for civil works, including inspections, testing, and compliance with safety and construction regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; professional certifications or licensure is favorable.
• Skilled in relevant design tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent software, alongside knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and adhering to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Prior involvement in real estate development projects is considered an asset.
