Role Overview

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is tasked with formulating and implementing the enterprise technology vision to drive digital transformation and modernize media-related technology platforms. This senior leader will spearhead innovation by leveraging artificial intelligence, data analytics, cloud computing, and cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies that directly support business goals.
Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks, enterprise architecture standards, and technology policies.
Drive forward innovation efforts involving AI, cloud platforms, automation, and emerging technologies.
Oversee the modernization of digital and media technology, including websites, mobile apps, content management systems, digital asset management, broadcasting infrastructure, OTT platforms, streaming services, newsroom technologies, and content delivery tools.
Enhance digital experiences for customers and audiences through technology improvements.
Design and operationalize enterprise strategies for data management and AI adoption, including governance, data quality, analytics, and AI models.
Facilitate data-driven executive decision-making by delivering actionable enterprise analytics.
Manage complex technology transformation projects ensuring portfolio alignment, vendor coordination, budget control, and successful enterprise platform rollouts.

Qualifications and Experience

Over 18 years of progressive technology leadership experience.
Minimum of 8 years serving in an executive technology capacity such as CTO, CIO, Chief Digital Officer, or equivalent roles.
Demonstrated track record in leading enterprise-wide digital transformation efforts.
Proven ability to manage large teams with 100+ technology professionals.
Experience overseeing extensive multi-million-dollar technology investments.
Expertise in cloud technologies, AI applications, enterprise architecture, digital platforms, and data strategy formulation.
Familiarity with executive leadership and board-level engagements.
