Role Summary

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be stationed full-time at the Mississauga location and is tasked with managing all day-to-day operational activities within the home services platform. This leadership role involves planning and executing operational strategies, ensuring alignment among cross-functional teams, overseeing financial performance, and driving improvements in processes and workflows to maintain growth and high service quality. The COO will track key metrics, support the executive leadership on overarching business strategies, nurture talent development within the operations team, and ensure adherence to compliance and internal policies. Effective communication, leadership capability, and a proactive problem-solving approach to operational challenges are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Capability to formulate and execute robust business plans and strategic initiatives.

• Experience with financial management including budgeting and operational profit and loss oversight.

• Proven track record of developing, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams.
• Educational background of at least a bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
