Overview
A prominent Singapore-based listed company has retained Frazer Jones to confidentially search for an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer. Reporting directly to the Group CEO and collaborating closely with the Board and senior leaders, the CHRO will be a critical member of the executive committee based in Singapore.
Role Purpose
This leadership role is responsible for steering the organization’s people strategy, aligning workforce capabilities, leadership development, and organizational structure to address operational needs and future growth goals. The company is undergoing significant transformation and capability enhancement, requiring a forward-thinking HR leader to modernize the HR function while managing a substantial operational staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide initiatives including organizational development, leadership and succession planning, workforce transformation, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee and industrial relations, total rewards, and HR governance.
- Collaborate with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and elevate leadership capability across the organization.
- Drive cultural and employee engagement programs aimed at boosting workforce productivity and talent retention.
- Implement best-practice people strategies that improve attraction, retention, and performance of talent.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board by providing insights and guidance on human capital matters supporting the company’s broader objectives.

- Proven success in leading organizational transformations and managing complex employee relations environments.
