Centre Head - Preschool

Role Overview

We are hiring a Centre Head for a preschool in Thane. This leadership role is focused on managing the day-to-day functioning of the centre, keeping operations smooth, and ensuring the branch runs in an organized and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee everyday centre operations and maintain strong operational efficiency.
• Support revenue growth for the centre through effective management and sales-focused actions.
• Convert enquiries into admissions.
• Plan and execute outdoor marketing initiatives within the assigned territory.
• Take part in lead-generation efforts through events, roadshows, and in-centre activities.
• Work on staff retention and team stability.
• Handle the KRAs assigned and adopt new strategies as required.
• Strengthen parent engagement and relationship building.
• Ensure proper academic implementation at the centre.
• Focus on revenue maximization and admission growth.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should bring strong leadership, managerial, communication, and counselling abilities. Experience in education, counselling, sales, or customer service is preferred, along with confidence in admissions, team coordination, and relationship management.

Eligibility

This role is open to female candidates only. Applicants should be graduates; candidates with an additional relevant qualification will have an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation offered is INR 3,25,000 to 4,25,000 per year, along with attractive incentives.

Location options mentioned for this role include Thane and Navi Mumbai.

Applicants should have excellent spoken and written English skills. Experience of 4 to 10 years is preferred.
