Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the growth of the pharma category.
• Manage product assortment, ensure availability, and maintain high quality standards.
• Monitor category performance through sales data and customer feedback.
• Conduct market research and analyze emerging trends.
• Establish and sustain strong connections with pharmaceutical suppliers and distributors.
• Negotiate prices and contract conditions effectively.
• Supervise timely product deliveries and maintain a competitive product range.
• Ensure all products comply with licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Keep abreast of healthcare-related legislation and collaborate with legal and compliance departments when necessary.
• Oversee inventory to avoid stockouts or surplus, including management of returns, damaged, or expired goods following company protocols.
• Optimize product listings for accuracy and completeness.
• Enhance product visibility and engage with customers by managing reviews and feedback.
• Analyze sales and customer data to evaluate category health and prepare reports for leadership.
• Use data insights to fine-tune marketing strategies and promotional activities.
• Support planning and execution of sales promotions and seasonal campaigns, aligning with key pharmaceutical demand periods such as flu seasons and health awareness events.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Have 2 to 3 years of experience in category management, e-commerce, or retail environments.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks.
• Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and building supplier relationships.
• Analytically proficient with the capability to generate insightful reports.
• Able to collaborate effectively with marketing, operations, and legal teams.
