Position Overview

Join DXC Technology's Insurance Software and Business Process Services (ISB) team, a global leader in core insurance platforms that modernizes and manages insurers' core operations using deep industry knowledge and AI-driven technology. This role focuses on transforming the systems that support millions daily in the life, property, casualty, and specialty insurance markets.

Role Responsibilities

The Workers' Compensation Case Manager will be responsible for the complete management of workers' compensation claims for injured employees under a self-insured program. Key duties include coordinating medical treatments, facilitating return-to-work arrangements, and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and company policies. Collaboration with healthcare providers, employees, and management is essential to maintain a safe and efficient workplace environment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least two years of practical experience in workers' compensation case management, ideally within a self-insured context.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable workers' compensation legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several cases concurrently and prioritize work effectively.
  • Analytical abilities for assessing complex information and making sound judgments.

  • Problem-solving aptitude to identify challenges and implement timely solutions.
  • Empathy and understanding to support injured workers compassionately.
