Daily Responsibilities

• Engage in rewarding activities supporting personal growth and learning for participants
• Build authentic and supportive relationships with those you assist
• Exercise trusted judgment to support participants' needs effectively
• Encourage community participation and help individuals enjoy their preferred activities
• Support developmental targets such as budgeting, exercise, and healthy nutrition
• Assist with personal hygiene and care for participants facing behavioral and complex challenges

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent level of education
• Preferred minimum of six months experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask adaptively
• Effective teamwork and excellent time-management abilities
• Demonstrated patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to an insured, registered vehicle
