About the Role
Join Abacare, operating under CCH Group—the UK's largest and most trusted home care provider—as a Care Coordinator based in Ebbw Vale, Queensland. In this key role, you will organize and supervise the delivery of exceptional home care services within the local community, ensuring that high standards are consistently met.
Key Duties
- Manage and support care workers by coordinating schedules and supervising field activities.
- Assess and review individual care plans to tailor services according to client needs.
- Provide guidance and instruction to care staff to maintain quality and compliance.
- Travel regularly using your own vehicle, necessitating a valid driving licence.
Candidate Profile
- Highly organized and efficient in managing rotas and building strong relationships with care team members.
- Relevant healthcare experience with a thorough understanding of CQC regulations, care plans, and scheduling.
- NVQ Level 3 qualifications are desirable, but not mandatory.
Working Hours & Location
- Full-time role based at Suite 1 Access 465, Rassau Industrial Estate, Heads of Valleys Road, Ebbw Vale NP23 5SD.
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with additional on-call duties on a rotating basis.
