Your Profile
- Degree from a prestigious university.
- Up to two years of professional experience; no prior sourcing experience needed.
- A dynamic and resilient approach suitable for a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to engage busy professionals effectively.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
Prior experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop targeted candidate pipelines for engineering and go-to-market roles using proactive sourcing techniques.

- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Monitor pipeline health and conversion metrics, leveraging insights to refine targeting approaches.
- Ensure each candidate's initial experience with PointOne is prompt, thoughtful, and positive.
