Cabin Services Assistant

Job Overview

The Cabin Services Assistant is tasked with ensuring the cleanliness, personalisation, and maintenance of the A380 Shower Spas, lavatories, lounges, and general cabin areas to deliver an exceptional and delightful in-flight experience for First Class customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory by verifying correct quantities of products are loaded to support onboard service and product availability.
• Inspect and prepare the Shower Spas and lavatories for passenger boarding, arranging amenity items appropriately.
• Conduct thorough and hygienic cleaning of Shower Spas after each use, adhering to the CSA Checklist standards.
• Customize the Shower Spa experience for individual customers at scheduled times using the Reservation System, presenting selected products attractively.
• Prevent unauthorized access to Shower Spas once personalised and promptly notify the Purser if the Reservation System falls behind schedule to maintain service excellence.
• Maintain lavatory cleanliness and replenish amenities regularly, ensuring standards are met.
• Perform general cabin tidying duties across passenger cabins and social areas to uphold a pleasant, safe environment.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately to the Purser for resolution.
• Adhere to punctuality, uniform codes, and the command hierarchy onboard, carrying out assigned duties professionally.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of 10 years of schooling or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with reputable international hotels, airlines, or world-class service providers.
• Prior experience in the Hospitality industry's housekeeping departments is an advantage.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.

Additional Information

Work location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role does not involve replacing normal cabin crew service duties, and you will report to the Purser or SFS in their absence.
