Internal control and compliance
- Work with Internal Control to take part in annual retail audits for each store and, when needed, suggest corrective action plans to the Retail Manager.
- Make sure established procedures are followed for cash handling, credit card payment processing, store petty cash, and sales float management.
Projects and additional duties
- Support, lead, or manage ad hoc projects such as boutique operations handbook updates, coordination with internal and external auditors, wholesale-to-retail transitions, multi-country management topics, and POS implementation.
