Job Overview
The Business Operations Analyst role involves overseeing delivery management and serving as the primary contact for operational matters. Responsibilities include preparing client deliverables and ensuring quality control, liaising with business units to support campaign operations, and managing communication regarding campaign status and technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating client-facing deliverables with thorough documentation and quality checks to ensure readiness for execution.
- Collaborating with business teams to provide operational support and update stakeholders on campaign progress, technical challenges, and delivery delays.
- Conducting regular market and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and enhance product efficiency.
- Facilitating the upload and upkeep of application suites, coordinating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Performing compliance reviews on live deliveries to detect and resolve potential risks.
- Maintaining and managing client assets to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Graduating in 2025 or 2026 with a Bachelor's degree.
- Willing to work within the 2 PM to 11 PM IST time frame.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, combined with a process-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrates excellent work ethic, problem-solving skills, and efficient time management.
- Adept at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses strong analytical capabilities.
