Role Overview
We seek a remote Business Development Manager to independently drive lead generation, conduct discovery conversations, present sales solutions, draft proposals, negotiate, and close business deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential clients via LinkedIn, cold outreach emails, calls, networking, and other outbound channels.
- Assess prospect suitability and arrange discovery meetings.
- Comprehend client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Lead sales presentations for products and services.
- Create proposals, quotations, and contractual documents.
- Engage in price negotiations and finalize sales agreements.
- Maintain customer relationship management system and submit weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with technical teams for smooth project transition post-sale.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in IT services or SaaS sectors.
- Proven track record closing software, website, app, SaaS, ERP, or digital transformation contracts valued above ₹100,000.
- Reside locally in Ahmedabad for work-from-office engagement.
- Demonstrable experience in full sales cycle, from lead generation through deal closing.
- Proficient in cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English languages.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with remote working dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing connections with business owners or key decision-makers.
- Experience dealing with international clients across Australia, UAE, UK, and USA.
- Familiarity with AI, software development, or digital marketing industry knowledge.
- Ability to communicate in Gujarati language.
Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹35,000 to ₹40,000.
