Business Development Manager

Overview

PSA – FuturZ Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd is urgently recruiting for the position of Business Development Manager (BDM) to work in the Open Market Sourcing department focusing on credit cards. The role involves extensive field-based sales activities across North East India including West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha, across multiple cities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisitions by sourcing leads from open markets.
• Generate new leads through visits to corporate offices, government establishments, and on-field activities.
• Conduct market research, organize canopy campaigns, and perform cold calling to generate prospects.
• Make sales presentations targeting corporate clients and large groups.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve set targets.
• Ensure all processes comply with company policies and applications are processed timely.

Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Previous experience in BFSI, sales, or credit card sourcing is preferred.
• Must possess strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation capabilities.
• A target-driven attitude with preference for field sales.
• Ownership of a bike or scooter is essential for fieldwork mobility.

Compensation and Perks

• Salary range between ₹25,000 and ₹35,000 per month.
