Overview
Leon Job Solutions is hiring for the position of Agency Development Manager to work with reputed private insurance brands including Kotak Life and Max Life Insurance. This role offers a fixed salary along with incentives, a stable work environment with no hire-and-fire policy, and opportunities for up to five promotions in one year.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance advisors, driving growth in insurance sales primarily via agency channels. Strong team leadership and fieldwork capabilities are essential to succeed in this position.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation degree from any discipline is mandatory.
- Prior experience in sales or insurance sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates local to Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive fixed monthly salary between 25,000 INR and 35,000 INR plus performance-based incentives.
