Job Overview
CreditQ is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive based in Noida who will work full-time onsite Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This role involves promoting financial service products, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers, with clear sales targets to meet.
Core Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads via calls, direct visits, and referrals.
- Deliver clear explanations of company offerings to potential clients.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Engage in continuous follow-up communications to nurture customer relations.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transaction processing.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate with prior sales exposure.
- 0 to 2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong target-driven mindset and proactive work ethic.

Additional Information
Salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 net (in-hand) monthly, topped with incentives.
