Role Overview
Neuralbits Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Business Development Executive focused on field sales to join their team in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. The role requires a candidate with a motorcycle and valid license to conduct client visits and generate leads through active field work.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients with field visits, cold calls, and referrals to generate leads.
- Effectively communicate product advantages, handle objections, and successfully complete sales transactions to achieve targets.
- Support clients by resolving product-related issues, collaborating with technical and support teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely feedback and resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions including visits, calls, and follow-ups in accordance with company reporting standards.
- Regularly report weekly and monthly sales progress and lead status to the reporting manager.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, pricing guidelines, and documentation procedures during field operations.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business opportunities.
- Provide market insights including customer needs and competitor activity to the internal team.
Additional Information
This position mandates use of a bike and valid driving license for fieldwork. Compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and proper documentation is mandatory. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to support the broader sales and technical team.
