Role Overview
We seek a motivated Business Development Executive to spearhead customer engagement and boost sales of broadband and fiber internet services through proactive field sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop leads via on-ground visits and localized marketing strategies.
- Secure new customers in both residential and commercial segments.
- Market and sell various broadband, fiber, and internet plans.
- Meet monthly sales objectives and nurture customer relations.
- Collaborate with installation and support teams to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Keep daily sales logs and maintain detailed customer records.
- Conduct market research including competitor analysis.
Requirements
- Graduate in any field is preferred.
- Experience ranging from freshers to 3 years, especially in ISP, B2C, FTTH/Fiber, Broadband, or Telecom sales, is favorable.
- Strong communication and negotiation prowess.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- Self-driven and capable of fieldwork independently.
- Basic understanding of broadband and fiber services is a plus.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and be open to travel.
