Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous Business Analyst who will assess organizational processes, pinpoint enhancements, and facilitate data-informed decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and convert them into practical insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess business needs and clearly define requirements.
- Perform research, create process maps, and document workflows.
- Detect gaps in systems or procedures and suggest improvement strategies.
- Work alongside diverse teams to aid in project execution.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Review project outcomes ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in data evaluation and support decision-making using various analytical tools.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Between 2 to 4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience working with data analysis software such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-moving environment while juggling multiple tasks.
Preferred Expertise
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience implementing process improvement techniques like Lean and Six Sigma.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Strong abilities in report creation and presentation.
