Opportunities Available

We are currently recruiting Building Construction Engineers at various experience levels for our Sydney-based project teams, including:

• Site Engineer
• Project Engineer
• Senior Project Engineer

These project-centered, site-based roles are ideal for engineers interested in hands-on involvement with complex building projects.

Role Responsibilities

• Support all phases of building construction projects, from initial works through to completion.
• Oversee subcontractor management and coordinate on-site activities.
• Assist with program management, quality assurance, and cost control efforts.
• Handle Requests for Information (RFIs), contract variations, progress claims, and reporting duties.
• Ensure all construction work aligns with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and other members of the delivery team.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building construction projects is essential.
• Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Previous roles as Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or Senior Project Engineer.
• Comfortable working on active construction sites within high-paced environments.
• Strong communication abilities and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Sydney for long-term project involvement.
• Note: Applicants with exclusively civil infrastructure experience (such as roads, rail, or utilities) must have verifiable building construction project experience to qualify.
