About the Role

At Stone & Wood, we are dedicated to crafting quality beer while making a positive impact on the community and environment. With strong local connections and a commitment to sustainability, our brewery is expanding and seeking two enthusiastic Brewers to join our team permanently at the Murwillumbah Brewery.

Shift Details

• Day Shift: 6am – 2pm
• Afternoon Shift: 2pm – 10pm
• Night Shift: 10pm – 6am

Candidate Profile

We seek individuals with enthusiasm, initiative, and eagerness to learn. You will collaborate closely with an empowered team, mastering advanced brewing techniques and contributing to producing beers we proudly stand behind.

• Experience in brewing, food or beverage production, or manufacturing is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Background in sciences, trades, mechanics, or engineering is beneficial.
• A keen interest in process optimization, quality assurance, and ongoing improvement.
• A dependable, practical work ethic with a collaborative mindset.
• A genuine passion for exceptional beer.
