Branch Supervisor – Restaurant

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Supervisor to lead and manage the daily activities of our restaurant branch located in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role demands a proactive individual who can ensure smooth operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) activities, ensuring efficient daily workflows.
• Supervise operational checklists including opening, mid-day, and closing procedures.
• Guarantee adherence to food quality, hygiene protocols, service quality, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage employee scheduling, performance evaluations, training, and oversee daily team engagement.
• Address customer complaints effectively to maintain excellent guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, process stock requests, control wastage, and liaise with suppliers.
• Oversee cash handling processes, execute daily sales reconciliation, and prepare branch performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory bodies (Baladiyah), health and safety laws, and company policies.
• Track branch performance metrics including key performance indicators (KPIs), sales figures, cost control, and customer feedback.
• Promote upselling initiatives and support marketing campaigns to boost branch revenue.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in managing restaurant or food and beverage (F&B) operations.
• Strong leadership capabilities and proficiency in team management.
• Excellent communication skills paired with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Sound understanding of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills to manage branch activities.
