Role summary
This position is based in Mexico and is responsible for providing complete counter service at the branch. The cashier will handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining service quality and following the bank’s policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Key duties
- Process deposits at the branch counter.
- Handle cheque payments and other customer-initiated banking transactions.
- Support any additional service requested by branch clients, within the scope of cashier operations.
- Deliver courteous, accurate, and high-quality service at all times.
- Work in alignment with the institution’s rules, procedures, and compliance requirements.
