Job description
Position Overview
We invite applications for an energetic and goal-oriented BM Marketing Executive to join our Building Materials team in Kumasi. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing showroom performance, coordinating marketing efforts, and boosting brand visibility for Twyford, Micasso, and Frencia. The successful candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and adept at collaborating across departments to maintain showroom standards and implement effective marketing activities.
Key Duties
- Plan and execute monthly showroom assessments for all building materials brands.
- Ensure timely submission of showroom inspection and approval reports by sales personnel, shop guides, and showroom managers.
- Conduct training sessions for new and current staff on showroom protocols, engaging customers effectively, and adhering to display guidelines; evaluate team performance during monthly meetings.
- Monitor showroom performance via summary reports and oversee incentive schemes for the salesforce.
- Collaborate with product teams to acquire promotional visuals and product updates.
- Guarantee that new products receive prominent and appealing placement within key showrooms.
- Administer marketing collateral, display equipment, and showroom stock to comply with brand standards.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports concerning showroom inspections, product introductions, and overall showroom metrics.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Three to five years of experience in marketing, sales, or showroom oversight, ideally within building materials or FMCG sectors.
- Strong capabilities in strategic planning, effective communication, and leadership of teams.
- Excellent organizational skills paired with meticulous attention to detail.
