Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join us at our office located at JNTU, Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring 2 to 4+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing the entire bench sales lifecycle within the US IT market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bench sales processes autonomously.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Market consultants holding H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, and EAD statuses effectively.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly placement targets consistently.
Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in US IT bench sales recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of US staffing procedures and tax classifications like W2, C2C, and 1099.
Additional Information
Work location: JNTU office, Hyderabad. Candidates must be able to work from the office.
