Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and welcoming first impression to guests as they arrive.
• Assist guests with their luggage during check-in and check-out, ensuring all items are safely transported and stored.
• Offer guests information and recommendations regarding hotel amenities and nearby attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assist with arranging transportation and reservations.
• Organize luggage storage efficiently and manage special guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby area, including restocking supplies as necessary.
• Accompany guests to their rooms, highlighting the facilities and explaining emergency procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to guarantee a smooth guest experience.
• Communicate guest needs to appropriate staff members and help monitor security measures.
• Be physically capable of handling heavy items and adaptable to work in different weather conditions.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, anticipate guest requirements, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Assist with package delivery and fulfill other duties as assigned.
