About the Role
Innovoya Enterprises is seeking a Battery Assembly Technician to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This position involves assembling lithium batteries and handling associated materials with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing and handle materials involved in battery part assembly.
- Apply basic electronics and electrical knowledge in the assembly process.
- Strive to improve assembly processes and techniques continuously.
- Quickly grasp new skills and maintain a diligent work ethic.
- Additional understanding of various lithium battery types and their assembly is advantageous.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical concepts.
- Experience or aptitude for material handling and testing of assembly parts.
- Capacity for process improvement and method optimization.
- Ability to learn rapidly and work sincerely.
- Familiarity with lithium battery assembly techniques is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly salary ranges from 8000 to 14000 INR.
