Bartender

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and customer-oriented Bartender to join the team at Skyfall Jaipur. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and bar management, with a strong commitment to hygiene, service excellence, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Skyfall's quality standards.
• Consistently craft classic and unique cocktails maintaining the highest quality.
• Engage with guests courteously, suggesting drink options tailored to their tastes.
• Keep the bar area clean, orderly, and hygienic at all times.
• Ensure all bar tools and equipment are regularly cleaned, maintained, and in proper working condition.
• Track inventory levels and communicate requirements to management promptly.
• Adhere to standard drink recipes and portion controls to reduce waste.
• Confirm guests' age when necessary to promote responsible alcohol consumption.
• Manage cash handling, POS system, and billing accurately when assigned.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth bar operations.
• Comply fully with health, safety, and company standard operating procedures.
