In this role, the barista is central to shaping a polished daily experience for clients and team members through high-quality beverages, attentive service, and smooth café operations.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare espresso-based drinks, coffees, teas, iced beverages, specialty drinks, and light food items in line with menu standards and health and safety rules.
• Use coffee-making equipment properly and keep beans and other essentials replenished.
• Deliver friendly, responsive service by answering menu-related questions and maintaining a warm atmosphere.
• Keep the coffee counter, kitchen space, client areas, and restrooms clean, orderly, and sanitized.
• Process payments at the register, record orders, and serve drinks in meeting rooms when needed.
• Track stock levels, coordinate weekly supply needs, and share replenishment requirements with the F&B manager.
• Build and refine barista techniques such as milk frothing, latte art, espresso extraction, and coffee blending.
• Guide clients on coffee standards and highlight special menu items when appropriate.
• Partner with the Center Manager and wider team to support efficient operations and a strong client experience.

Experience and Education

A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a barista or in a comparable customer-facing position is required. Background in retail, food and beverage, or hospitality is preferred. A High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification is needed.
