Role Summary

We are seeking an Auto Detailer to join our team. This position offers a pathway into the collision repair trade, ideal for individuals passionate about cars and interested in hands-on work. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. Many of our leaders and technicians began their careers as Detailers.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vehicles both inside and out after repairs, including EVs, hybrids, and those equipped with advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).
• Conduct inspections on vehicles to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Support technicians and other team members as necessary.
• Safely move vehicles within the workshop and parking areas.
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure workspaces.
• Represent Kirmac professionally with a courteous and approachable demeanor.

Growth Opportunities

This position lays the groundwork for advancement to roles such as Auto Body Technician (Apprenticeship), Automotive Painter, Collision Estimator, Parts Coordinator, and Shop Leadership or Management.

• Possession of a valid British Columbia driver's license; learner’s license (N) is acceptable.
