Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces, including sanding, masking, priming, and coating to ensure top-quality finish.
• Apply various coatings such as primers, sealers, basecoats, color coats, and clear coats following industry standards.
• Restore anti-corrosion treatments, identify substrates, and mix and apply products appropriately.
• Evaluate repaired bodywork to ensure the quality and readiness for painting.

Additional Information

The compensation model is tied to flat rate hours based on productivity, with a guarantee that pay will not fall below applicable local or state minimum wages. The role involves preparing vehicles per insurance guidelines to restore them to pre-accident condition.
