Position Overview

We are seeking full-time Associates to join our team in September 2026 at our Dublin office. Associates will be instrumental in expanding and managing the company's expert network by proactively reaching out to professionals worldwide and onboarding them onto the Focal Fact platform.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound outreach through LinkedIn and other social media platforms to connect with industry experts.
• Effectively communicate and promote the company's value proposition to external stakeholders.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with experts and clients.
• Manage existing members by responding to inquiries from leads and experts.
• Drive the growth of the experts network to support company objectives.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 2 years of experience in roles involving commercial activities, lead generation, business development, or recruiting is beneficial.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university is preferred.
• Proficiency in additional European languages such as German, French, or Italian is a significant advantage.
• Basic experience with lead generation tools on LinkedIn and other media.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of 35,000 Euros per year, supplemented by commissions and potential year-end discretionary bonuses.
