Associate Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a precise and experienced Business Analyst with considerable expertise in the Healthcare sector, coupled with familiarity in other industries. The role focuses on product ideation, gathering requirements, designing user interfaces and experiences, and crafting holistic solutions. Familiarity with the Zoho Corporation ecosystem is a plus.

Role Responsibilities

• Translate conceptual designs into product requirements using visual prototypes, wireframes, and software requirement specifications (SRS).
• Assess market competitors and strategically position the product line to maximize appeal to end users.
• Design and manage end-to-end product workflows and structures.
• Stay informed on contemporary trends in mobile and web UI/UX design, including navigation and usability.
• Engage with clients to gather and articulate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Serve as a consultant, challenging and proposing innovative solutions addressing client pain points.
• Perform functional and technical feasibility studies for new offerings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm feasibility of requirements and exhibit strong communication and presentation abilities at various organizational levels.
• Draft key functional documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and business process flows.
• Develop requirement prototypes and generate wireframes.
• Conduct gap analysis between existing and proposed systems.
• Manage change control by preparing Delta documents for requirement modifications.
• Coordinate closely with design, development, QA, and system teams to meet project milestones and quality gates.
• Leverage tools like Wireframes, Balsamiq, Mockups, and Mind Maps to document requirements and identify risk areas during requirement gathering and testing phases.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient with wireframing and mock-up development tools and current design trends.
• Basic understanding of user experience methodologies with ability to convert user challenges into business requirements and user-centric solutions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Adept at refining vague or ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable objectives.

Additional Information

The role demands a candidate who can effectively bridge business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to ensure precise understanding and delivery of high-standard digital solutions. Experience within healthcare domain projects and exposure to Zoho ecosystem are favorable.
