Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Zero to two years of experience in BPO, KPO, operations, back-office, implementation, or comparable roles.
• Open to candidates without prior insurance industry experience.
• Fresh graduates with effective communication and computer literacy are welcome.
• Strong written communication abilities.
• Comfortable using computer-based applications.
• Fundamental understanding of MS Excel, MS Office suite, and professional email communication.
